Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness

Square Enix today revealed a selection a trailers to further introduce fans to the universe of Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness. The new character spotlight videos feature all-new footage introducing the characters Anne and Emmerson, a pair of travelers who join Fidel on his quest to protect Relia, and the Kingdom of Trei’kur, a desolate wasteland country currently at war with Fidel’s home country of Resulia. A brand new gameplay trailer also showcases a variety of gameplay systems both new and familiar to the Star Ocean series. Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness will be released in Europe and PAL territories on 1st July 2016 for the PlayStation 4. The game will be available with English and French in-game text only.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII

In Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII players will have the option to relive the historic battles which led to the unification of 2nd century China through the historical simulation and comprehensive tutorial, ‘Hero Mode’. As well as learning how best to utilise the in-depth strategic gameplay and advanced game mechanics, players will be able to experience a story rich in Chinese history. Detailed CG cutscenes have been crafted to further immerse the players in this historically accurate tale that highlights the most heroic deeds of the strongest, wisest, or most powerful characters of the Three Kingdoms Era. To showcase this immersive mode, Koei Tecmo released two cutscenes illustrating the gripping drama of this era of political instability.

Unreal Tournament

Epic Games released a brand new deathmatch level, Underland, for its in-development first-person shooter, Unreal Tournament. Underland is a Deathmatch level designed for 6 to 8 people. Each time Beck absorbs his enemy his combo multiplier will increase! Chain absorption dashes together to increase your combo and score even higher points! To become a true Mighty master you’ll need to utilise the dash, absorption boosts, and combo multiplier to transform your game to the next level!

Overcooked

Award-winning veteran games developer and international games label Team17 has today announced its partnership with Cambridge based independent developer Ghost Town Games to publish the chaotic, couch co-op cooking game, Overcooked, on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. The Onion Kingdom is in danger and only the finest cooking can save it! In Overcooked players must journey through a variety of cruel and unusual kitchens on their quest to become master chefs capable of conquering an ancient edible evil which plagues the land. Play solo or engage in classic, chaotic couch co-op for up to four players in both co-operative and competitive challenge modes. You’ll have to cook a range of different dishes and work together in order to become the most effective and ultimate team!

Guardians of the Rose

Guardians of the Rose is a story of high adventure, taken on by a small group of companions, that are seeking to overthrow the Great Witches that have assumed control of the kingdom. You are a newly christened member of the Royal Guard, the magic-keepers of the king. With the Royal Guard now tainted by witchcraft you have no choice but to take it upon yourself to form a new Guard that will overthrow the witchcraft that has enslaved the kingdom. Encounters with river spirits, groundlings, giants, and dragons alike are some of the adventures that will befall you.

Super Mutant Alien Assault

Super Mutant Alien Assault, the arcade platformer from developer Cybernate and publisher Surprise Attack Games, will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC in the summer of 2016. The game features fast-paced action with randomly generated levels and a wealth of weapons. Players can brave the brutal mission to save humanity solo or with a friend.

7 Days to Die

Telltale Publishing today announced that the hit survival horde crafting game 7 Days to Die will release on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for the first time on June 28th as both a digital and retail product in North America, and digitally in Europe; and will be available on July 1st for the first time at retail in Europe. The recommended retail price is $29.99 USD or equivalent, and the game is currently available for pre-order at GameStop, Best Buy, GAME, and Amazon. 7 Days to Die is published in collaboration with the Dallas-based independent developer, The Fun Pimps.

Score Rush Extended

Xona Games has teamed up with indie publishing label Reverb Triple XP for the upcoming release of Score Rush Extended, a classically-styled shoot ’em up for the PlayStation 4. Score Rush Extended builds upon the original Score Rush (a #1 hit in Japan) — challenging players to use formidable weaponry to battle near-endless waves of enemies in both solo and cooperative modes (up to four players) in “bullet hell” styled gameplay. The battles never slow down and players won’t get even a second to catch their breath from the insane action and vibrant visuals. Score Rush Extended is set for a May 31 release on PlayStation 4.

LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens

The next video in a series of LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens character vignettes  is spotlighting Finn, one of the newest heroes to join the Resistance in the fight against the First Order. The video showcases Finn’s LEGO character in full form through key gameplay moments, cinematic cutscenes and authentic audio lines, all with signature LEGO humour. The vignette also features original dialogue recorded by actor John Boyega, who plays the role of Finn in the Star Wars: The Force Awakens film.

The good and classic Ludo gets more fun. In Ludo Blitz, the game is still simple and elegant, but also incredibly more dynamic and unpredictable.

Loot Rascals

Loot Rascals, a roguelike strategy experience with collectible card game elements and a retro sci-fi aesthetic, launches on PlayStation 4 and PC in Q1 2017. Created by ex Hohokum developers and an Adventure Time animator, Loot Rascals challenges players to fight eccentric aliens, robots and monsters while escaping a distant hostile planet.
