New Nintendo President Appointed

Around two months ago Nintendo President, and a man much loved within the video games industry, Satoru Iwata sadly passed away. This left the question of who would fill his role as Nintendo’s President up in the air. Well today at a meeting consisting of Nintendo’s Board of Directors in Japan it was decided that Nintendo’s Human Resource Manager, Tatsumi Kimishima, would be promoted to the role of President and Representative Director. Mr Kimishima has previously worked as chief financial officer of The Pokémon Company and later became the first president of Pokémon USA. Kimishima has some pretty big shoes to fill as he guides Nintendo into a new era and launches the NX sometime in the future.
