Will Wright left EA to work with EA, and now still works with EA

Remember when EA revealed that Will Wright was leaving them to work on his own company, but that company would make games, giving EA a first choice to publish them? Well, now it seems Will Wright still has a place at EA, and will continue to work on the Spore series.

“I don’t think it was widely reported, but alongside [Stupid Fun Club], I also entered into a consulting agreement with EA,” Wright comments to Game Daily.

“I will [still] be involved with EA on developing the Spore franchise as well,” he said.

The more things change, the more they stay the same!
