Top 10 Selling Games in the UK for the Second Week in September

This week’s chart is looking at the top 10 selling game in the UK for the week ending on the September 12th 2015, you can check out lasts weeks chart here. It’s no surprise that MGSV: The Phantom Pain manages to retain its number one spot for the second week in a row. Until Dawn and Gears of War: Ultimate Edition have moved down to fifth and sixth places respectively, but it marks the first week that Until Dawn has overtaken Gears. Mad Max has been knocked back to third place to make room for the new kid on the block (no pun intended), Super Mario Maker. Arkham Knight has been eliminated from the top 10, but unsurprisingly the two Minecraft’s take ninth and tenth place, however the Xbox edition has over taken the PlayStation one. Here’s the list:

There you have it the top 10 selling games in the UK for the second week of September, if you want to see the top 40 click here, but I’ll give you a quick rundown of what’s happening there. Tearaway Unfolded makes its debut on the list in 33rd place, while Call of Duty: Ghosts and Destiny move up to 24th and 15th places respectively. Watch Dogs magically appeared on the list in 28th place, but what happened the two games in the most danger of leaving the top 40 last week? Well those games were Rugby World Cup 2015 and God of War III: Remastered, which were in 39th and 40th respectively, it’s sad to say that both have left the list this week. What games filled the 39th and 40th spots? Well Farming Simulator 2015 and WWE 2K15 fill those shoes in that order. Check back next Monday to see what happened this week.
