THQ and Nintendo team up for more collaberations

THQ have joined a growing list (EA, Namco, Sega and Konami) of developers signing up to use Nintendo I-P (Intellectual Property) in their games. The deal allows THQ “the right to use certain of Nintendo’s intellectual property to develop, publish and distribute video games for the Nintendo DS handheld platform until Jan 25, 2008 in all countries in the Western Hemisphere in accordance with the terms of the agreement.”

Nintendo will still retain a right to veto THQ’s use of their IPs, and the over all game before distribution.
