Take-Two choose to sue over Duke Nukem delays

Take-Two is said to have paid Apogee $12 million for publishing rights to the game back in 2000, with a second deal done in 2007. However, as we all know, no game materialized, and funding recently ran out for 3D Realms resulting in their closure.
