Sam & Max coming to Xbox Live next week

Season 1 of Sam & Max was released back in late 2006/early 2007 on the PC, and a Wii port of the game was released at the end of last year. So it’s been a long time coming for Sam & Max: Save the World to appear on Xbox Live Arcade, when it hits next Wednesday 17th June for 1600 MS Points (£13.60).

Save the World includes all six episodes that appeared on the PC, and as each one provides around three hours of gameplay, Sam & Max should be one of the best value experiences on XBLA. We gave the first couple of episodes a 9/10 in our review, so with lovely HD visuals and improved gameplay they should hopefully be even better!

We wouldn’t be surprised if Season 2 appears on XBLA in the not-too-distant future…
