Microsoft Offer Undertow For Free Due To Live Problems

Due to the various problems the service has had over Christmas and the beginning of the New Year, Microsoft promised that they would be giving a free game out to appease all angry gamers, especially those that had trouble even connecting to Xbox Live when the problems were at their peak. Well, after much waiting it has been revealed that Undertow will be the game that will be offered for free to turn all those headset wearing frowns upside down. The game will be free from Wednesday 23th till Sunday 27th of this month.

Undertow was developed by Chair Entertainment and features a 15 level campaign for single-player or co-op and two multiplayer modes for up to 16 players. The game was first released way back in November 21th, 2007 for a price of 800 Microsoft Points.

Getting it for free sounds like an okay deal in our opinion. But if you already bought the game then I guess you’re out of luck, and will most likely remain angry.
