Microsoft Announce XBLA Games For Next Few Weeks

Microsoft has announced a list of XBLA that they expect will be released in the closing months of the summer season. However, no confirmed date has been announce for any of the games, but bar any hiccups the first three games below should be available on the service some time before the end of August and the rest will be available sometime during September. The list is:


Ecco the Dolphin (Sega) – Ecco was first released in 1992 for the Sega Mega Drive The game was conceived and designed by Ed Annunziata and developed by Novotrade International

Hexic 2 (Carbonated Games) – Hexic 2 is the sequel to Alexey Pajitnov’s puzzle game Hexic, you should have already played the orignal as it was on your hard drive when you bought your 360. It will introduce brand new piece to play with, and the board will be one column longer than in the original game.

War World (Ubisoft) – War World is pretty much the same as the PC version of the game, a game which developed by the rather unknown Dutch devs Lighthouse Interactive. The 360 port will be handled by Third Wave Games, a team who are made up of former Rare alumni
