Higher than Everest

After climbing for days, a group of 7 climbers reached the 29,000ft summit of Everest only to see a microlight buzzing past above them.

The turbo charged microlight towed a hanglider over the famous mountain yesterday, slowing down only to wave at the group of climbers on the peak.
Richard Meredith-Hardy gave them a friendly wave before descending back to base camp 17,000ft below and cracking open a bottle of beer to celebrate becomng the first man to take a microlight to the top of the Earth.
