Where’s Wally game coming to multiple platforms

Ludia, a start-up Canadian developer, has announced they will be developing a game based on the Where’s Waldo? franchise. The game will be titled Where’s Waldo? The Fantastic Journey, and will be available on consoles (we think that means XBLA and PSN), PC/Mac, iPhone and iPod Touch when released.

As you’ve probably already guessed, the aim of the game will be to find Waldo in various settings he has decide to hide in. However, you may not have guessed the game will also have up to 4 players modes, with both cooperative and competitive options available.

No word on if the game will get released outside the US yet – although it is highly likely. It will probably come to the UK under the original Where’s Wally name, and other countries under the myriad of different names it is known as worldwide.

If you are looking for something to pass the time until the announced Q3 release date, then head to the iTunes app store, and grab a simialr game called Yard Sale as it is rather awesome.
