Hitman

Hitman Delayed!

If you were planning to assassinate your way through the holiday season then I’m afraid you’re going to be very disappointed. The new Hitman game was originally set to be released on the 8th of December for PS4, Xbox One and PC, but it has been pushed back until March 2016. Io-Interactive’s blog says that “these few extra months will mean we can add more to the launch content of the game, more than we had originally planned, and then follow with a tighter frequency of updates, which ultimately will create a better game for everyone.”

While it’s disappointing that the game is being delayed at least we know we’ll get a stronger version of it in March than we would have this December. To give you an idea of just how ambitious the new Hitman  will be when compared to previous entries Io-Interactive have created a graph. The graph compares the largest level from Hitman: Absolution to the Paris Showstopper mission in the new game. I think it’s fair to say the new game looks quite a bit bigger, but see for yourself.
