Fallout DLC gets two more, goes PS3 as well, GOTY version coming

Bethesda has revealed two more bits of Fallout 3 DLC will be on the way – one called Point Lookout and the other called Mothership Zeta.

Bethesda comment that Lookout will be a June release, offering a brand new “swampland area” filled with quests to mess about in, and “Zeta,” which will be coming later in July, will let players “experience an alien abduction first hand.” Both add-ons will be priced at 800MP on Xbox Live.

Bethesda also say that this DLC, along with previous PC and 360 DLC efforts will come to PS3. Things will kick off with Operation: Anchorage in June, with The Pitt and Broken Steel later.

The company also confirmed the leaked news of the game’s DLC getting on-disc retail release is true,
saying the first add-on pack (Operation: Anchorage and The Pitt), will be available on 12th June. The second pack (Broken Steel and Point Lookout) comes in August.

Finally, a Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition will come in October for all three formats. This has the original game plus all five DLC add-ons in one box.
