EA Ready to Aquire BioWare and Pandemic

Whether you take it as been good news or bad news there is no denying the fact the EA will soon be getting their hands on two of the industries top studios very soon. The news comes right from the industry giant themselves where they announced an agreement with Elevation Partners to acquire VG Holding – the owner of both BioWare and Pandemic Studios. Pandemic are best known for their Full Spectrum Warrior games, the release of Star Wars: Battlefront, and Mercenaries, while BioWare are famous for many of the top RPG’s of recent years. EA will pay up to $620 million for the studios
