EA Date Their Co-Op Shooter Army of Two

EA have announced that their rather interesting looking co-op centric shooter, Army of Two, will be released on the 15th November in North America and Europe for PS3 and Xbox 360. The game is currently in development at EA’s Montreal studio, and boasts about been built around the idea of co-op gameplay with drop-in/drop-out co-op gameplay locally and on the Interweb.

The title also boasts many co-op centric gameplay ideas with tandem moves for climbing objects and healing. Back to Back combat, where both players go back to back to cover each other’s non-armoured backsides is also included. Ammo swapping, where if one player runs out of ammo, the other player can give him part or all of his magazine, and use of makeshift cover, where players can tip over tables, and other objects to create cover are just a few of the other ideas included.
