Breaking – Disney buying Lucasfilm

A report today confirms that Disney is moving forward with plans to purchase Lucusfilm, intellectual property owners of all things Star Wars related.

While we’re still researching the story, it appears that Disney is buying ‘Star Wars’ maker Lucasfilm for $4.05 billion from George Lucas. More information as we get it.

UPDATE – Disney’s released an official announcement detailing the sale:

You know that means even more games based on Star Wars. Only this time, we’re getting entirely new stories and worlds to explore. This just made my day.
