Beijing 2008 Game Coming From Sega

In what is sure to be a top seller for the company (regardless if it sucks to high heavens or not) Sega have announced that they will be publishing an official game for the 2008 Beijing Olympics on PC, PS3 and 360 later this year. The game will go by the name Beijing 2008 – The Official Video Game, which sounds so whack!

If you liked the recent Mario & Sonic at the Olympics then don’t bother getting too excited by the release just yet, as it is not been developed by anyone involved with that game. In fact, all development of the game will take place at Eurocom, who are probably best know for their Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End game from last year, a game that we did not like we hasten to add.

Sega boastfully boast that over 35 events, along with a nice selection of officially licensed stadiums to ogle at will be included in the game. More boastful boasts comes as the game supposedly boasts an idiot proof a control system (our words not theirs) that lets first-timers play the game with ease.
