DSi breaks through the 2 million mark in Japan

Famitsu have reported (translated by Kotaku) that the DSi has passed the 2 million mark in Japan – which means the console has reached that milestone after less than five months on sale in the country.

We will be getting this DSi very soon, with the reworked handheld hitting Euro shore on April 3rd. We will be getting the rather normal White and Black colour variations, and not the more vivd colours of other territories.
