Manhunt 2 Soon To Be Released In UK

Manhunt 2 will now be finally given a release in the UK following almost nine months of wrangling to keep the game off shelves in the country. The BBFC have said they will now issue Manhunt 2 with an 18 certificate following a vote of by the Video Appeals Committee by a majority of four to three to allow release.

As I have said previously, we never take rejection decisions lightly, and they always involve a complex balance of considerations,” said BBFC director David Cooke. “We twice rejected Manhunt 2, and then pursued a judicial review challenge, because we considered, after exceptionally thorough examination, that it posed a real potential harm risk. However, the Video Appeals Committee has again exercised its independent scrutiny. It is now clear, in the light of this decision, and our legal advice, that we have no alternative but to issue an 18 certificate to the game.

it’s so funny this game finally got a release. no one cares. sales for this won’t be good. no one is going to chose this over brawl, mgs4, battefield, and ermmmm gta 4.

they make games like this on purpose to get in the headlines and give games a bad name. so old lady can come along and assume games is all one thing. like, someone saying they watched saw 4 and then thinking ALL movies are as bad as this.
