Burnout Paradise DLC Islands Will Be Free
Responding to a question on Criterion’s official forums Alex Ward has revealed that the upcoming downloadable islands for Burnout Paradise which were announced a few days ago will be free. “And one more thing, the islands will all be FREE,” he comments, which is excatly what we just said.
We are not quite sure how to respond to this, as we usually like to mock EA for charging us for the smallest of things. Erm, maybe we should say well done, although that’s a very weird thing to say in regards to the company, and we honestly cant really bring ourselves to do it.

The more cynical amongst us might get the impression that offering us all free DLC might be EA's way of making the cancerous parasitic entity that devours smaller games development companies in a single bite look not quite so bad? No-one will bite the hand that feeds, but I'll certainly be checking for poison....
