As we celebrate International Women’s Day, it seems video game companies decided to pile on the trailers, which kept me busy creating this big list of fresh trailers for 8th March, 2016.
PlayStation 4 Spring Releases
Sony’s PlayStation 4 Launch Party trailer showcases some of their favorite digital PlayStation 4 games releasing spring 2016
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
While we might have to wait a little longer for Uncharted to hit its May 10th release date, Naughty Dog has published a teaser trailer for their upcoming The Making of Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
Tom Clancy’s The Division
The biggest release of the week gets its special artistic trailer. Ubisoft announced a collaboration with Monorex, the team responsible for the in-game graffiti for Tom Clancy’s The Division and High Rise Murals to create a bespoke piece of street art telling the story of the collapse of New York in London’s Shoreditch district.
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir
See some of Odin Sphere Leifthrasir‘s combat in this new English trailer. Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is a 2D sidescrolling action RPG, steeped in Norse mythology. The new game is a complete HD remake of the original PS2 classic Odin Sphere from talented Vanillaware, the team behind the hit side-scrolling action game Dragon’s Crown and Muramasa: The Demon Blade. Odin Sphere Leifthrasir will be coming to Europe in Summer 2016 as a physical and digital release for PlayStation 4, PlayStation3, and PlayStation Vita.
Assault Android Cactus
The wonderful Assault Android Cactus (it truly is amazing) is now on PlayStation 4. If you don’t own it on PC, you totally should check it out on Sony’s black box. Up to four players take on hordes of malfunctioning robots and massive bosses in order to collect batteries from fallen enemies and keep their androids alive. Just check the trailer below and then go buy it!
Invisible, Inc.
Invisible, Inc. Console Edition is launching on PS4. Explore more strategies with four new Agents, two new starting programs, new weapons, items, and augments. Learn them well as the corporations have added a variety of new threats and challenges to test the Operator’s skills in a lengthened campaign.
The Solus Project
The Solus Project gains a huge content update in its Early Access phase, adding an estimated 3-5 hours of additional gameplay and dozens of new mysteries and items. Dark secrets lurk in the depths of this seemingly deserted alien environment and as you venture deeper into the underground you can’t shake the feeling you are being watched and followed.
Valkyria Chronicles Remastered
The amazing Valkyria Chronicles has finally got a date in Europe for its Remastered edition (think of it as a port of the recent PC release, which you can read about here). Not only is the game hitting May 17th, 2016, but there is a Europe Edition that will contain a 32-page art book called ‘The Art of Valkyria Chronicles Remastered’, featuring some of the amazing character and environment art in-game along with a double-sided A3 poster depicting Squad 7 on one side and Selvaria Bles on the other.
March of the Living
New indie title, March of the Living, has hit Steam Greenlight. March of the Living is a retro survival roguelike-like inspired by FTL and The Walking Dead.
Alienation
Along with the release date of 26th April on PlayStation 4, Housemarque also showcased a new gameplay trailer for their latest title.
StarDrive 2: Sector Zero
Developer Zero Sum Games and publisher Iceberg Interactive are happy to release the first official DLC to their turn-based 4x space-strategy title StarDrive 2. Sector Zero will expand the StarDrive 2 universe and gameplay grandly and adds a new set of features and additions. A release trailer is created to show some first footage of the changes and additions to this brand new DLC.
Final Fantasy XIV – A Realm Reborn
In the latest developer diary, Final Fantasy XIV – A Realm Reborn’s creative staff offers their insights and challenges in creating a storyline and lore befitting the Final Fantasy series.
Senran Kagura Estival Versus
Marvelous released a new live action x gameplay trailer for their upcoming new Senran Kagura title for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The video title certainly doesn’t lie about the booty part
The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
Thieves Guild, the third DLC game pack for The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited, is now available worldwide for PC and Mac. Thieves Guild will be available for Xbox One on March 22, 2016 and PlayStation 4 on March 23, 2016.
