The Game Bakers announced today that Furi, its skill-based, all-boss combat-action game, is available today on PlayStation 4 and on Steam PC. Packed with high-energy action and intense one-on-one duels, Furi’s stylish aesthetic is as wild as its lineup of out-of-this-world adversaries, designed by Afro Samurai creator Takashi Okazaki.

Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII

Developed in celebration of the series’ 30th anniversary and marking its reappearance in the West after an eight-year hiatus, Koei Tecmo Europe announces the triumphant return of its renowned strategy franchise with the launch of Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII. Offering a masterfully-created medley of strategic gameplay alongside a compelling and historically-accurate narrative, Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIII is available on the 8th July 2016 for the PlayStation 4 and digitally for Windows PC via Steam.

Monster Hunter Generations

Capcom has released a new trailer for Monster Hunter Generations that shows Link’s costume from The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker.

Man O’War: Corsair

Evil Twin Artworks announce the launch of melee combat in Man O’War: Corsair. Evil Twin Artworks has been constantly listening to community feedback on their Early Access title Man O’ War: Corsair and can now confirm the first of the major updates based entirely on user response has launched. To celebrate this announcement, Evil Twin have created a brand new trailer to show off the new melee mechanic.

Heroes of the Storm

Mantis Burn Racing

Mantis Burn Racing, which combines fast-paced, bumper-to-bumper racing with intuitive, tactile gameplay, is now in development for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. The immersive title brings raw top-down racing, stunning visuals and fully-upgradable vehicles playable either in single player, 4 player local split screen or with 8 players online. Mantis Burn Racing launching on Steam Early Access today.

Alienation gets an update that adds cooperative couch play and plenty of other goodies in this rather fun top-down shooter.

This Is the Police

A grim tale is set to begin. Starting July 28th, as Jack counts down the last 180 days of his career, he’ll be up against the seediest, vilest, most dangerous criminals in Freeburg. The goal? Get rich or die trying. This Is the Police is a dark, story-driven game offering hundreds of choices, and plenty of ways to get through the 25-hour single player campaign. This Is the Police will be available for digital download on PC, Mac and Linux for £11.99, €14.99 and $14.99. The game will also be released on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One later this year.

Dex

PQube has announced that they have partnered with Dreadlocks studio and BadLand Games to release a physical version of the 2d side-scrolling RPG, Dex on PlayStation 4 in retailers across the UK on July 29, 2016. Dex is a cyberpunk 2D side-scrolling RPG following the story of an AI, Dex, and her quest for Singularity, an event in which artificial intelligence will surpass human intelligence.

Wonky Tower

After 17 years of PC-only development Firefly Studios has released their first ever mobile title. Produced during a game jam at the developer’s London office, Wonky Tower is a physics-based puzzle platformer designed to pave the way for Firefly’s move into mobile gaming.

VRNinja

VRNinja is a fast-paced virtual reality game coming to the Oculus Store for Rift this July. Set in the scenic landscapes and locales of Japan, VRNinja challenges you to dodge your way past flurries of deadly weapons.

Candle

The developers of Teku Studios talk about their experiences with Kickstarter and Unity. Candle challenges players with sophisticated puzzles and traps. What makes this adventure special is not only its challenge rating, though, but also its distinctive visual style: The game’s backgrounds and characters were not painted digitally, but instead are hand-made and based on watercolor paintings, imbuing the game with a very unique style. Candle will be released in Q3 of 2016 for PC, Mac and Linux.

C.A.S.E: Animatronics

C.A.S.E: Animatronics is a first person stealth survival horror game. The game focuses on a fictional police Department, where the player must act as a police officer, protecting yourself from animatronic robots, solving puzzles, hiding in shelters located throughout the play area.Closely monitor the battery charge the tablet, use the charger. Exploration of the police station is the key to survival.

Pigsodus

In Pigsodus you play as Horace Oinkstein, a happy-go-lucky pig living on a farm. Horace spends most of his time playing with his best friend, Eggdar the chicken, and helping other animals. However, one day he finds out that Theodor, farm’s owner, is killing animals! Our pig hero tries to warn his parents, but they don’t believe him. Once they’re taken away to the slaughterhouse, Horace decides to take revenge on the human responsible for the death of his loved ones! This is how the story of Pigsodus begins. Pigsodus is an action-adventure RPG where, as Horace, you embark on a number of challenging quests in multiple locations, solve puzzles, and fight for your life against wolves and other unfriendly creatures living in the wilderness surrounding the farm. A Kickstarter campaign for the game launches on July 12th, 2016.

XYDONIA

XYDONIA is an old school arcade horizontal shoot ’em up, inspired by the Japanese milestones of the genre, such as R-Type, Gradius and Darius. Breaking Bytes’ goal is to bring a game that looks, sounds and feels exactly like one of those classics, but retaining its own identity at the same time. The game is currently being developed by a small team of 3 arcade junkies and has reached alpha stage, with a Kickstarter hoping to finish up development.

Akiba’s Beat

Acquire has released the first character trailer for Akiba’s Beat. The showcases the protagonist Asahi Tachibana. Akiba’s Beat is due out for PlayStation 4 and Vita Winter 2016 in North America.
