THE WITCHER 3: WILD HUNT

Bandai Namco and CD PROJEKT RED, creators of The Witcher series of games, celebrate today the release of THE WITCHER 3: WILD HUNT – GAME OF THE YEAR EDITION and reveal a new developer diary. Nintendo has released a new trailer for Dragon Quest VII: Fragments of the Forgotten Past introducing the Haven.

Developers Blackmill Games and M2H, equipped with their trusty combat shovels, have dug their way to the console players to share with them a true trench warfare experience. The intense WW1 PC-hit Verdun just released on the PlayStation 4 and will be released later this year on Xbox One.

Atlus has released the sixth Japanese TV spot for Persona 5 about the character Haru Okumura.

H1Z1: King of the Kill

H1Z1: King of the Kill Launches From Steam Early Access  for Windows PC on Sept. 20. H1Z1: King of the Kill has greatly evolved over its course in Early Access as a result of feedback from the community, including overhauls to the combat and vehicle systems, the addition of Skirmishes, and changes to the toxicity system. At launch, players can expect new features and updates that transform King of the Kill from a working Early Access title into a fully realized, highly intense multiplayer shooter.

Frostpunk

11 bit studios (This War of Mine) has a new teaser trailer offering a peek at their next project; Frostpunk. A steampunk-themed game on a frozen world, Frostpunk asks what choices you would be willing to make and how far could you bend morality to stay alive. Frostpunk is coming to PC in 2017.

Evolve Stage 2

Today marks the fifth and final weekly update in the month-long Shear Madness event in Evolve Stage 2, which includes the introduction of an all-new Medic character – Paladin Parnell. This former shotgun-wielding, rocket-launching Assault class character has transformed into a heavily-armed medic in shining armor, and is the second cross-class character to be unleashed on Shear.

Flat Heroes will be available in Early Access on Steam on September 8, 2016 for Windows, Mac and Linux! That’s next week. Flat Heroes is a minimalist super intense local multiplayer game with special care put into the game-feel and polishing of every detail in a trendy graphic experience. The game includes multiple cooperative and competitive modes for 1-4 players and features squares!

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X

The lights dim, a hush falls over the crowd, and glow sticks are at the ready as Hatsune Miku takes the stage beginning today in Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA X – the digital singer’s newest rhythm game installment on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. Project DIVA X is driven forward though a narrative which centers on Miku and her friends undertaking various Requests as they explore the five Clouds that make up their world. For the Miku veterans, Project DIVA X has 30+ songs and nearly 300 modules (costumes) that get dropped. The game is available physically and digitally in the Americas and as a digital-only title in Europe starting today, along with the game’s first wave of downloadable content.

Justice Monsters Five

Hugely popular with Noctis and the rest of the residents in the Kingdom of Lucis, Justice Monsters Five, the pinball minigame in Final Fantasy XV is now available for mobile devices. This brand-new style game of pinball combines role-playing elements with some of the franchise’s most iconic monsters.

Windscape

Headup Games today announces the imminent Steam Early Access release of Windscape, a first-person exploration adventure set in a lovely world made up of floating islands in the sky. The game has been in development since late 2014. Dennis Witte, the creator and a huge admirer of Zelda, Secret of Mana and Golden Axe Warrior (to name a few) is striving to deliver a modern vision of the spirit and flow of the genre classics while adding the best qualities of modern exploration, crafting and survival games, resulting in a unique and fresh blend of genres.

Nebulous

Nebulous, a sci-fi puzzler from Namazu Studios where players guide an astronaut trapped in space, launches today on PlayStation 4, Mac and PC with optional Oculus Rift compatibility. PlayStation 4 owners can try Nebulous before buying it via a demo on the PlayStation Store.

Hue

Color me out now! Established indie game publisher Curve Digital today announced that the charming and vivid puzzle-platformer from developer Fiddlesticks, Hue, is now available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and via Steam for Windows PC, Mac and Linux. With a simple color-matching mechanic as its palette, Hue seamlessly blends a vibrant art style with clever level design and a touching narrative to paint a platforming adventure as refreshing as it is colorful. Those who purchase the PlayStation 4 version will receive a copy on PlayStation Vita at no charge via cross-buy when it releases this September.

The Usurpers Hero Pack, Armello‘s first DLC, simultaneously launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows, Mac and Linux via Steam for $9.99. The Usurpers Hero Pack adds four playable heroes.

Hear ye, hear ye, faithful subjects! Frima Studios, Canada’s leading independent game developer, announced today that Talent Not Included is now available on Steam for $10.39 (a 20% launch discount for a week!). Infinite Air

Grab your board and take to the mountains! Video game publisher Maximum Games, in partnership with developer HB Studios, shows off the addition of five top professional snowboarders in a brand new trailer for its upcoming action sports game, Mark McMorris Infinite Air, which is set for release on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Windows PC via Steam on October 25th, 2016.

Oriental Empires

Iceberg Interactive, the publisher well-known for its love of 4x strategy titles, has today announced that the historical turn-based 4x title, Oriental Empires, will be available for PC via Steam Early Access on September 20, 2016 for $29.99. Created by industry veterans R.T. Smith and John Carline, both who worked on the original Total War game, Oriental Empires is currently in Closed Beta. Iceberg is anticipating a relatively short Early Access period of a maximum of 2 months, which will comprise of adding the multiplayer part, balancing and final polish as well as incorporating player feedback.

Champions of Anteria

Today, Ubisoft released Champions of Anteria, a new tactical real-time strategy game from Blue Byte, a Ubisoft studio. In this new heroic adventure, players immerse themselves in the magical fantasy land of Anteria, where they must strategically wield the powers of five Champions to defeat enemies and free enslaved territories. Battle by battle, the Champions must reclaim Anteria’s lands from warring factions, taking on shocking creatures, perilous environments and terrifying bosses that challenge even the most skilled players to use Active Pause mode to adjust their combat tactics on the fly.

Sid Meier’s Civilization VI

2K and Firaxis Games today revealed Mahatma Gandhi will lead India in Sid Meier’s Civilization VI, launching on Oct 21st for Windows PC. Returning to lead India in Civilization VI is the beloved Mahatma Gandhi. Born in British-ruled India, Gandhi was famed for his courageous passive movements towards alleviating poverty, increasing women’s rights, promoting religious harmony and, most prominently, obtaining India’s independence.

Legend of Lumina

Legend of Lumina is a monster raising RPG with farming, town building and multiplayer that was just added to the Square Enix Collective. You take on the role as a Hero conceived by the Mushroom of Light and fulfill your destiny by restoring your village, Lumina to it’s former glory. You need to uncover the truth behind the fall of Lumina and find out who you really are. Legend of Lumina will be released on Steam(PC/MAC/Linux) for the initial launch and maybe on PS4, Vita and Xbox One in the future.

Today Paradox Interactive and Paradox Development Studio revealed the release date for “Rights of Man”, the upcoming expansion to the hit grand strategy game about exploration, trade and conquest, Europa Universalis IV.

Developer Allods Team and global publisher My.com announce Ascension, a massive expansion for Skyforge. Based on more than a year of player data and community feedback, the Allods Team has worked on revisiting existing systems and implementing new features to expand Skyforge. The team made menus more accessible for all players and provided clarity on current systems. Ascension will add exciting new combat features, more refined options for character progression and even a brand new class! Ascension will be available to all players as soon as this fall.
