Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden

Remember the duck from the original Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden announcement trailer? Today, publisher Funcom and developer The Bearded Ladies revealed a new anthropomorphic hero that will be joining him when the game finally launches on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One next week, on December 4th. To introduce the new fur-clad mutant, Funcom has released a fresh, new trailer combining newly created cinematic footage with up-to-date gameplay.

Dragon Ball FighterZ

Dragon Ball FighterZ receives today a host of free updates and a new adjustment patch on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC via STEAM. FighterZ Tournament is a new, online tournament mode featuring various new match rules, culminating in a final 8-player bracket. The winners and runners-up in each tournament will receive special rewards and Z Trophies, the latter of which players can display in their all-new Z Trophy Room.

Hell Let Loose 

Hell Let Loose is a platoon-based realistic multiplayer first-person shooter set during the Second World War and built using Unreal Engine 4. Offering 50 vs 50 tactical battles in which players must coordinate to capture sectors and resources to beat the opposition into submission, the game creates an epic theatre of war across huge maps. Authenticity is key, and players will be able to experience history using a realistic period arsenal, with accurate weapon behaviour. Black Matter, a development team based in Australia, Russia and the United States, have been working on the game since 2016 and completed a successful Kickstarter campaign in 2017.

Mage’s Initiation: Reign of the Elements

So, you want to be a Mage? Then mark your calendar for the January 30 release of Mage’s Initiation: Reign of the Elements — a lovingly crafted old-school adventure/RPG ten years in the making. Sixteen-year-old D’arc has spent most of his life confined to the Mage’s Tower, studying elemental magic under the instruction of Ele’Wold’s most accomplished scholars. Now his skills will be put to the test with three quests across a mystical land he knows only from stories and dreams.

Willowbrooke Post, the highly-anticipated post-office management game billed as ‘Animal Crossing meets Papers, Please’, has received a brand new video which brings players a look at the quirky personalities of the game’s central cast of characters. Today’s video focuses on Pete, the trusty Willowbrooke post man, who serves as players’ introductory guide in the game. The video explores Pete’s background, likes and dislikes, and more intriguing character details. Willowbrooke Post will launch in Early Access on 14 March 2019 for PC

A Fisherman’s Tale

Vertigo Games, Innerspace and ARTE today announce that A Fisherman’s Tale, the upside-down, inside-out VR puzzle adventure game, will launch on PlayStation VR, HTC VIVE, Oculus Rift and Windows Mixed Reality headsets in January 2019 for $14.99/€14.99. Playing with the incredible sense of scale unique to VR, Innerspace invented a unique VR gameplay mechanic based on the recursion principle. In a way, A Fisherman’s Tale is a co-op game – but instead of playing with others, you’re teaming up with multiple dimensions of yourself! Able to twist and bend your newfound, peculiar reality, you’ll be challenged with multi-dimensional puzzles on your journey to the core of an unusually tall tale.
