His finishing moves, the name of his hometown, and even the reason he’s trying to defeat the Overlord in the first place, all gone. Our hero feels as though he’s letting his allies down…In the midst of battle, his ally’s words and the Overlord’s taunting triggers flashbacks, bringing his memories back piece by piece. Our hero tries to regain his priceless memories before it’s too late, but the Overlord stands before him, his power unyielding! What can happen in The Longest Five Minutes!?
Warhammer: End Times Vermintide
Today Fatshark and Nordic Games announce their partnership to bring the console versions of the rather great Warhammer: End Times Vermintide to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The worldwide release is set for October 4th 2016. The console version will include the super challenging Last Stand game mode as well as its two maps, where the players fend off horde after horde of Skaven in intense and increasingly difficult battles. It will also include Sigmar’s Blessing as well as the Drachenfels DLC, which contains three additional adventure maps set outside of Ubersreik.

Hello Games has dropped another new trailer for No Man’s Sky that is about surviving in its huge universe. No Man’s Sky will launch August 12.
Lady Layton: The Millionaire Ariadone’s Conspiracy
As one of LEVEL-5’s masterpieces, the Professor Layton series of puzzle adventure games has sold more than 15.5 million units worldwide to date. Its newest official sequel, Lady Layton: The Millionaire Ariadone’s Conspiracy — available on Nintendo 3DS/Android/iOS — was announced to be released in Spring 2017 in Japan. Not only will the main character switch from Professor Layton (Hershel Layton) to Kat (Katrielle Layton), many of its characters will be brand new. The story will focus less on dynamic problem-solving and more on solving multiple mystery cases observed in the everyday lives of Londoners, which will bring a faster tempo and more comical tone to the series. It will be more familiar — and funnier — than ever, while maintaining an adventurous quality. The creators of the puzzles and brain-teasers, the core element of the series, will also be new.

Neowiz Games has released a new trailer for DJMAX Respect, its PlayStation 4 music game that is part of the established DJMAX series.

Mario Kart meets Tron in Genki Surfers for iOS and Android. You´ll have to compete in different stages filled with danger and traps, all with a futuristic and sci fi settings. You´ll encounter fierce rivals that will test your skills, maybe you´ll survive a deadly track, maybe you´ll have to get a perfect score in one of the Trick Events, maybe you have to collect Lux Crystals, or maybe all of them! Shiny
1C announce Shiny, an action platformer for everyone. Developed by independent developer Garage227 Studios, Shiny will be coming to Windows PC and Xbox One on 31st August 2016. In Shiny you take control of one of the last remaining robots left by mankind on a deserted planet, Kramer 227, and your goal is to save yourself and other robots before the planet crashes into its Sun. A vital part of the gameplay is managing Kramer’s energy and making use of power-ups along the way. Only a properly charged robot can make it to the end and save the remaining mechanical inhabitants of Aurora!

The Snack World
The Snack World, LEVEL-5’s fourth cross-media project, will be released on Android/iOS devices in April 2017 — and on the Nintendo 3DS platform in July 2017. As its key ‘hyper-casual fantasy’ concept suggests, The Snack World takes place in a typical RPG fantasy setting with weapon shops and inns appearing here and there, while such modern conveniences as corner stores, vending machines, and cafés also exist. Along with the game release, The Snack World TV series will start airing in a primetime slot on TV Tokyo starting in April 2017. The magical adventure of Chup, the main character of the show, and his comrades will be depicted in high-quality, full CG animation. In addition, its monthly serial comic strips will be published by Shogakukan on Coro Coro Comics, and its signature toys — many of which were showcased at “LEVEL-5 Vision 2016” — have been developed by Takara Tomy. As a large cross-media initiative, The Snack World will be rolled-out through other entertainment franchises, too. Its overseas expansion will be handled by LEVEL-5’s subsidiary, LEVEL-5 abby — though this rollout schedule is yet to be determined.

Inazuma Eleven Ares
Level-5 announced Inazuma Eleven Ares the seventh title in the Inazuma Eleven series, which has sold over 8 million units worldwide to date. The story in Inazuma Eleven Ares will take place right after the series’ first title, Inazuma Eleven, and the story will be developed as a parallel world story. Although all 11 members of Raimon Middle School football team are new characters, some popular characters from previous series also appear in the trailer that was shown at “LEVEL-5 Vision 2016” event. It was also revealed that there will be three protagonists, and the story will be developed from three different points of view — and there will be a new system known as a ‘sponsorship’ system, where corporate entities are entitled to become official sponsors of the football teams; this will be one of the key drivers of the story. As a part of this cross-media project, its TV series will air in Summer 2017, followed by its game release, toy release, and more. Its rollout plan outside of Japan is yet to be determined.
Prison Architect
All good things most come to an end, and next month is the last new content update for Prison Architect. Introversion Software are working on iPad and Android versions and will keep supporting the console version. They will also carry on fixing bugs and ensuring future hardware compatibility, but in terms of supplying new things for the game, well that is now officially coming to a close. Megaton Musashi
Level-5 announces a new cross-media project Megaton Musashi. Following Yo-Watch and The Snack World, Megaton Musashi was announced as the fifth cross-media project for LEVEL-5. Its concept is ‘the combination of classic robot stories and school mysteries.’ While action battles among robots are featured, there will be a thrilling suspense-drama in the schools the protagonists attend. Unlike previous cross-media titles where the same or similar story is rolled out across different media platforms, LEVEL-5 will try a new method of multiple points of view for each platform. By doing so, one big story will be told through different characters, so audiences can either enjoy each individual narrative on its own or the entire story through all platforms. Bandai has already been chosen as its master toy partner in Japan, and LEVEL-5 is looking to create another strong entertainment ecosystem. Its rollout plan outside of Japan is yet to be determined.

Developer Allods Team and publisher My.com unveil the divine forms achievable by players of Skyforge. After players transition from being mere immortals and can play as powerful gods, by unlocking their divine Form, they will discover that this is not the end stage of the game. Deep within the Divine Atlas, the character progression menu for Skyforge, players can find the glorious divine specializations. These are unique extensions of a player’s abilities that empower them through different means, ranging from battling other players, to managing their order of followers. However, such magnificent rewards must be earned by defeating the avatars of invading armies, which will only be possible for the mightiest gods.
