Sonic Forces

Today, SEGA released brand new footage from its new Sonic title, Sonic Forces. The video unveils gameplay of Classic Sonic speeding through Casino Forest, a stage which gives a nod to the iconic Casino Night Zone from previous Sonic games.

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony

Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony is out now in North America for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The European release launches on September 29, 2017. The Japanese VO free DLC for the PS Vita version will be available at launch.

Spelunker Party!

Square Enix has announced that Spelunker Party!, the latest platform adventure game in the Spelunker series, will release digitally on the Nintendo eShop for the Nintendo Switch and STEAM on 19th October.

RUINER 

Developer Reikon Games and the publishing androids of Devolver Digital have launched the brutal cyberpunk action shooter RUINER on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. Accompanied by a flashy new launch trailer, RUINER is available for download via Xbox Live, PlayStation Network, Steam, GOG, and Humble for £14.99.

BANDAI NAMCO showcase a new trailer and reveal the famous Japanese hard rock band VAMPS will be featured in CODE VEIN. The game will include some songs off their 4th album “Underworld” released in July, 2017.

Electronic Arts and Ghost Games have released a new trailer for Need for Speed: Payback showcasing the world of Fortune Valley.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today released a NEW vignette for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2, spotlighting members of the Inhuman Royal Family, including Black Bolt, Medusa, Crystal, Karnak, Gorgon, Maximus and the lovable canine, Lockjaw, all in LEGO form. Also showcased is their ancestral home, the Inhuman city of Attilan, which is one of 18 different iconic Marvel locations featured in the game, all ripped from time and space to form the expansive Open Hub World of Chronopolis.

Final Fantasy 30th Anniversary

Square Enix has released a video today featuring legendary music composer for the Final Fantasy series, Nobuo Uematsu as he discusses his inspirations and development process of the now-iconic Main Theme for Final Fantasy. Known for his unforgettable themes and ability to bring heartfelt emotion, passion and joy to the worlds of Final Fantasy, Nobuo Uematsu’s work on the series helped shape it into the legendary phenomenon it is today. To celebrate the series’ 30th Anniversary, Uematsu also takes the time to introduce a brand new official competition hosted by Square Enix, inviting fans of the series to leave their own mark on the timeless series.

WEBZEN, a global developer and publisher of free-to-play games, has today confirmed that the player numbers reached during MU Legend‘s stress test were in line with the developers’ needs, allowing them to adequately assess the stability and endurance of the server setup. Along with the success of the stress test, a time-limited sale of founder’s packs has also been unveiled: Hardcore fans will be able to start their collection with MU Legend‘s exclusive Frontier Packs.

Light Tracer

Oasis Games today announced that its Puzzle Platform VR game, Light Tracer, has launched for PlayStation VR and is available on the PlayStation Store for $14.99. Additionally, the company announced the game will be coming to Oculus Rift and HTC Vive in the future.

Cities: Skylines

Time to clean up your city’s act! Paradox Interactive and Colossal Order today announced that Green Cities, the latest expansion for the (soon-to-be super sustainable) city-builder Cities: Skylines will be released on October 19 for Windows, MacOS and Linux PCs for a suggested retail price of $12.99.

Ninja Shodown

Rising Star Games, in partnership with UK-based development studio Bitmap Bureau, announced that Ninja Shodown releases today on PlayStation 4 in Europe and globally on PC, Mac and Linux. In the USA Ninja Shodown on PlayStation 4releases on September 28. Releases for Xbox One and for Nintendo Switch will follow shortly.
