ARK: Survival Evolved

Thanksgiving is upon our American buddies, and the team at Studio Wildcard is ready to celebrate and give players a bounty of goodies! Today launched the Turkey Trial 2 event in ARK: Survival Evolved for Steam PC/Mac/Linux where ARK’s biomes are now host to savage, blood-thirsty mutant Super Turkeys. Players can hunt these brutal birds of prey, harvesting their wishbones and using them to craft an event-exclusive ornamental “Chieftain Headdress”, or use their poultry-powered gains to summon the mighty DodoRex to do their bidding.

Exile’s End

Marvelous Europe today confirmed that retro-styled 2D sci-fi platformer, Exile’s End launches today on WiiU Thursday 24th November.

Dying Light

This weekend (Nov 25 – 27, 2016, 12PM to 11PM PST) the developer of Dying Light will activate the HyperMode, which will greatly enhance players’ strength and improve their motor skills in the game. If the Dying Light community manage to collectively slaughter 5 000 000 zombies and bandits, all participants will be awarded the bounty skin pack, which includes 3 buggy paint jobs, 1 character outfit and 1 new gold tier weapon.

Coffee Crisis

Coffee Crisis is a Sega Genesis arcade-style beat ’em up brought to you by Mega Cat Studios. They are pushing the console to its limits with beautiful remastered 16-bit hi-definition graphics. The Smurglian race has come to Earth and they’re not leaving until they steal our four most prized commodities: our metal music, the best coffee, cat videos, and all of the WiFi. Challenge them through unique and innovative levels inspired by real-life areas (except for the Mars stage – that’s just Will’s imagination), on a retro platform that needs new games like Earthlings need WiFi, the Sega Genesis. Join Black Forge Coffeehouse baristas Nick and Ashley, two galaxy gladiators called to arms to stop this madness and remove the Smurglian threat from Earth. The Coffee Crisis developers are looking to gamers for help to finish this special project that is for PC, and also, very surprisingly, for the Sega Genesis/Mega Drive.

The Dwarves

Exactly one week before the release of The Dwarves, THQ Nordic introduces a new hero in its “Meet the Dwarves” video series. Narmora, the swift and agile assassin specializes in sneaking up on single enemies and striking them down before they even see her. She can appear anywhere on the battlefield in a blink of an eye using “Shadow Step” or teleport back and forth to quickly assassinate 1 to 10 targets with her skills “Assassination” and “Shadow Death”.

Valkyria: Azure Revolution

Sega Japan has dropped a trailer for Valkyria: Azure Revolution highlighting the bonus downloadable content included with first copies of the game.

Hammercoin

In Hammercoin you can use Bitcoin to purchase game items, sell the rare stuff that you can find, and trade with other players. The game is set to be released in February 2017 but the developers have opened an “early access” program so if you can’t wait to explore the Khan universe before anyone else you can purchase the game (and all it’s future versions) at itch.io.

MU Origin

WEBZEN released the latest major content patch for its real-time mobile MMORPG, MU Origin. The patch introduces its newest class, the Magic Knight, to join the fray as the fourth class in the game. Unlike the other classes, the Magic Knight is a genius proficient with both Sword and Magic, endowed with a multitude of skills based on the skills of the Dark Wizard and the Dark Knight. He also possesses the ability to choose a path and specialize between wielding mighty combat arts and powerful magics.

Compile Heart Japan has a new trailer for Four Goddesses Online: Cyber Dimension Neptune. The game is due out for PlayStation 4 in Japan on February 9th, 2017, while an English release has yet to be announced, it’s fair to say that this game will make it across after the success of the other titles in this series.

A new route comes to Trainz. Bringing this section of the Canadian Rocky Mountains to Trainz has been over 10 years in the making! At almost 50 km long and 40 km wide the beautiful Columbia River Basin covers a staggering 2000 sq km. Bounded in the east by the Rocky Mountains, the west by the Cascade Range, and to the south of the Great Basin, the land within is exceptionally diverse with tall mountains, arid plateaus, green river valleys, and deep gorges.
