Middle-earth: Shadow of War
Today, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released a brand new trailer showcasing the diverse and dynamic open-world of Middle-earth: Shadow of War. The video introduces viewers to the vast environments within Middle-earth, stretching beyond Mordor, and giving fans the first glimpse of various new environments to explore, including the Island of Nurn, Cirith Ungol, Gorgoroth and more. Through the innovative Nemesis System, every player experiences a unique world to explore and share and every area of the world is larger, more varied and more dynamic than ever before.
Project CARS 2
Slightly Mad Studios and Bandai Namco today revealed a series of 6 live-action films that will showcase the “Built by Drivers” philosophy that underpins the development and authenticity of the Project CARS racing game franchise. The first film, released today—‘Project CARS 2: BUILT BY DRIVERS – “As Close As It Gets” Featuring Chris Goodwin’—showcases the development of the new McLaren 720S. The film charts the painstaking process behind the supercar’s in-game development by McLaren’s chief test-driver – Chris Goodwin. Ultimately, it is only Goodwin who can sign-off on the in-game handling of the 720S, and that means technicians from around the world flying in for one final, crunch test-session: Will Goodwin sign-off on “his” car?
F1 2017
Codemasters and Koch Media today announced that F1 2017, the official videogame of the 2017 FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, will include the return of classic F1 cars to the series, as well as an even deeper career mode, numerous multiplayer enhancements, and a brand new ‘Championships’ game mode. F1 2017 will release onto PlayStation 4 Xbox One and Windows PC (DVD and via Steam) worldwide on August 25th 2017.
The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk
This summer The Inner World – The Last Wind Monk will be released. It is the sequel to the award-winning adventure game The Inner World. Many new, exciting adventures are waiting to be discovered in the world of Asposia. The player will meet old acquaintances, such as the Gorf (and his new family!) as well as all new allies in the fight to take down the self-proclaimed leader, Emil. Four teams of five warriors and eight individual duelists made it through the qualifiers and are ready to fight for the honor of being the winners of the Battle of Bucharest, the first Mount & Blade live esports event. During 3 days, 128 duels and 26 team matches (total of 208 rounds) were fought in the qualifying rounds. That’s an approximate total of 125 hours of combat, more than 5 days – as a comparison, that’s like 15 Battles of Hastings or 5 Battles of Grunwald fought one after another! Today Battle of Bucharest releases the schedule for its final round, to be celebrated in Bucharest on May 20.

Amplitude Studios have released the third video in their “4X” series of trailers showcasing the meaning of each “X” (eXplore, eXpand, eXploit, and eXterminate) in their upcoming grand-scale sci-fi strategy game Endless Space 2. The latest “eXploit” trailer displays the responsibility you have as the leader of your civilization, with a focus on what is needed to sustain your growth; politics, research, industry and commerce. EVERSPACE
The wait is almost over, and the full version (1.0) of ROCKFISH Games’ roguelike Unreal Engine 4 based space shooter EVERSPACE will hit digital shelves on Steam, GOG.com, NVIDIA GeForce NOW as well as on Xbox One and the Windows 10 Store, on May 26. Creative Bytes Studios also released a brand new gameplay trailer that beautifully showcases the upcoming game. Watch Mirrim, the lead character in the game, dash, dive, divide, and merge its way through various puzzles and battles in order to save its world from invasion.
The Path To Die
The Path To Die is an action and adventure 2D pixel art game with a top-down perspective set in Feudal Japan with an innovative combat system. Cat Logic Games, a small indie studio from Barcelona will seek funding on Kickstarter to get the needed funding to improve the game reaching their goal would allow the team to get a BSO on par with their art design. Also they will use part of the funding to translate the game to more languages than English and Spanish.

ActaLogic today announced the start of the Steam Greenlight campaign for its upcoming single-player real-time strategy game, Hypernova: Escape from Hadea. Players assume the role of the Scynthians who must colonise and mine Hadea’s moon, Haya, in a bid to escape the death of their star. The developer simultaneously kicks off an Indiegogo campaign in order to fund the last development stages and pre-release activities like localisation and promotion.
