A Total War Saga: THRONES OF BRITANNIA
Sunday October 14th marks the 952nd anniversary of the Battle of Hastings. It proved not only decisive in the Norman invasion of England, but a cultural turning point that changed the face of Britain forever. Depicting scenes recorded using the strategy game A Total War Saga: THRONES OF BRITANNIA, the British studio Creative Assembly have made a short documentary charting the rise and fall of the Anglo Saxons, between Alfred the Great’s victory over the Viking invaders at the battle of Edington, to King Harold’s demise at the Battle of Hastings.

Aquamarine
Aquamarine is a sci-fi exploration game about a lone space traveler marooned on an unknown planet covered in water, who must explore and survive the alien ocean to recover her crashed ship. Comparisons have been made to the premise of Subnautica, but our approach and story are completely different. For starters, the artwork is 100% drawn and animated by hand, inspired by the comics of French artist Moebius. The gameplay is a loose blend of turn-based roguelikes, adventure games, and elements of the survival genre. The team at Moebial Studios has just launched a campaign on Kickstarter, complete with a playable demo and some really nice collectibles for rewards.
