Quake 4 Coming Back to 360 and PC on June 19th

Bethesda just announced that Quake 4, one of X-box 360’s best launch titles, is coming back to the system at the ridiculously low price of 19.99 on June 19th. If you haven’t played a Quake title before, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a better shooter value for your money. The game’s lightning-quick gameplay made my friends and I extremely eager to spend money at the 360’s launch, and I couldn’t be more excited to play this title again.

The game has become difficult to find in the used market, so this re-release makes sense for the company and fans. For the full report, check out Bethesda’s Blog:

“(Xbox) 360 players can unleash their inner Strogg on Tuesday, June 19th in North America. In Europe, the game will be arriving on 360 and PC in the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and Benelux territories.”

I can only hope that the title comes complete with an HD upgrade and some new content, but that’s a dream. And it doesn’t matter because on June 19th, it’s camping and fragging time.
