Nintendo announces new North American 3DS plans – including Fire Emblem
Via its online service Nintendo Direct, Nintendo announced this morning that quite a few games are making their way to 3DS this Fall and that the company has some amazing plans for the system.
Highlights:
- 20 games coming this Fall
- Paper Mario – Sticker Star is coming in two months!
- Relies entirely on stickers for battle – consumable stickers means that once used, they’re no longer available to you unless more are purchased.
- First look at the game – promises almost exactly some of the classic Paper Mario gameplay we know and love.
- There’s an awesome goat sticker. Did I mention that’s it’s awesome?
- Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask will take place in the present and Professor’s Layton’s high school years.
- 365 downloadable puzzles, free of charge.
- Art Academy: Lessons for Everyone
- Style Savvy: Trendsetters
- Demo for this game is available now.
- New Super Mario Bros. 2
- Leaderboards system now in place for gamers
- 2 new course packs are available for purchase in-game today
- Crashmo
- Sequel to Pushmo
- Launches November 22
- Fluidity Spin Cycle
- Releases December 27
- WarioLand II and Castlevania: The Adventure are coming to the e-shop
- Fire Emblem: Awakening will be released in just a few months
