Minecraft: Story Mode – Episode 4 out now

 

The latest release in the episodic Minecraft story was released yesterday, in Minecraft: Story Mode – A Block and a Hard Place.

This is the fourth episode in the 5-part series from Telltale Games, taking place in the legendary Far Lands from the Minecraft universe as our heroes battle to save the world from the Wither Storm, fighting through the storms and hordes of endermen.

In the announcement blog post, Telltale describe the story: “In Episode Four, with the fearsome Wither Storm more dangerous than ever, Jesse, Reuben, and the crew discover there is one thing that can destroy the command block at the heart of the monster – but they’ll need to brave the perils of the Farlands to find it. As uneasy allies and ailing friends threaten to tear the group apart, can they defeat the Wither Storm in their final battle? And what sacrifices must be made to succeed?”

A trailer was released last week (below), talking about the story. This is to be the end of the Wither Storm story line, with the final, yet to be revealed episode coming 2016.
