Other sites rated the game much lower, but I totally agree with your rating and would even go higher. I just played it through (got it last week) and I think it can't just stand up to GTA SA, but also GTA IV and even does some things better than GTA IV. Soundtrack is awesome and the graphics are way gorgeous, especially explosions. There's no other place where blowing things up is more fun than in Saints Row.
