This game cheats. I have played against the computer quite a few times and have won ONE game. This game is not fun, thus not really making this a game per say.
There was even one instance where I rolled a ten and it moved me nine spaces.

This game is a lot of fun! I've played monopoly for years on the board game and everyone always has different rules they bring to the table...building houses with only one property owned or worse yet hotels! or someone isn't paying attention and doesn't get paid out when someone else lands on their property, etc, etc...

Monopoly is a social game...you really shouldn't be trying to play it by yourself anyway. That's like goiing out drinking...alone......get a few friends together and play and you'll have a blast!

It seems the writer doesn't know the real rules of the game. Money in the middle is a custom adaptation that makes no sense if you actually consider how money is paid in the game. You NEVER collect paid income taxes of other people, or of you pay to have a party of some kind the card says, why should another player recieve this spent money?

The games rules are sufficiently customizable to permit the most acceptable rule variations, while cutting out the outlandish ones.

This game delivers what is was supposed to. This game is designed to be played with other people sitting next to you with a computer thrown in if you want it.

It is not a graphics paradise, and if it was the game would suck. It's Monopoly not Resistance 2, or Halo 3.

An online option would be good, but playing a board game with people for an hour just to have them quit if they land on boardwalk, just walk away after a set period of time would be sad. Also, the point of the game is interraction with the other person. I for one would not want to play this game with a headset to talk online to other players.

Thus the online component would be good in some, and bad in others.

This game is what I expected, and the party games was an added bonus for when I have people over and are playing as a group. This game is nor should it have been mind blowing, it is what I wanted, and gets a score of 7/10
