As some of you know, I disregarded all the online reviews and bought this on launch day. I’ve been a fan of FPS since the halcyon days on the Amiga, so imagine my dissapointment when after 8 hours of crige worthy gameplay I’ve finished the so called master piece!

It’d be easy to sit here and pick fault with the game, so I will…. The gameplay was dire. Sometimes the AI was stupid. The voice acting was ridiculous. The story was lame. The graphics a joke. Even the multiplayer bored me. IMO if this had been released over a year ago, it would have been a reasonable game, however, Free Radical missed the mark by a country mile.

If you’ve not played this, then please, take not only Dark Zeros word for it, but also mine, please don’t bother. There are a myriad of other games out there that a far more deserving of your time than Haze. Abismal. And to think that this was a world beating exclusive! It’s a good thing that the PS3 has other titles to woo fellow PS3 newcomers with!
