I am not able to figure out the keys to use while in the 3d match(Player Manager) to control the player i’ve created. I know s-passing, d-shoot, a-Aggressive tackle. But what is the key to Sprint with the Ball???

Im stuck after i swapped 2 players with atletico madrid for sergio aguero but now i cant play him, his name is highlighted in red (no,its not red font, hes not injured) and thers a picture of a paper and a gray thing next to his name under “status”, wen i do try to play him i get told that i should change the team beacause i have players who are ineligable to play.Can Someone plz help…?

PLZZZZ I need help with this game can you plz answer me
im trying to play the game and when i first start my team it will tell me that your team is not fit at all you need to make more training sessions for fitness or something like that how can i do that I tried so many times but its not working and I cant go to the next step i cant do anything because of this plz help me
