.::SPOILER ALERT::. I have the game, and have played the first Fable, and let me say, Jack of Blades was a little difficult to kill, but Lucien is just a wimp. I would have liked a full on battle with him you know? Also, the whole “choices” thing is a little off. I mean you still basically have a plot line that you must go through. It would be cool if you could save your sister somehow or not buy the music box or be friends with Lucien, and maybe even go back to the spire after you’ve finished Lucien off.

Yep. It’s certainly an overly simplified RPG. No need to worry about selecting any of that. This doesn’t mean that it can’t be enjoyable, but it’s clearly aimed more towards casual players.

Also armor, and perks, like constant use of ,light weapons, would give you a chance to double wield, like 2 pistols and so on. Com’on developers it is time to up the bar, like the old days.

I am really disapointed in the character developement. You can basicly raise everything to the max, so the characters end up all being the same. I would have liked to see limited levels and/or focus in specific weapons and magic types. With limits the end result would be different characters, someone really good with a pistol or axe, might stink at a rifle or sword.

Yes, you can choose the clothes of your character. They don’t act as armour and affect your defense capabilities, but they do have a great effect on your characters attractiveness, as well as other attributes such as ridiculousness, cross-dressing and agressiveness depending on what you wear.

While waiting to get the game you might want to check out Fable2.com as there is a little web story to play through that gives you a taster of the game. Also at the end of this webisode you get some exclusive Fable 2 items that can await you once you get the game.

I wouldn’t bother buying the Fable 2 pub games for Xbox Live Arcade though, as money is astonishingly easy to make in this game.

that was an awesome review!!! I’m not the usual review type person, but i am hopefully getting this game for christmas, as ive just brought a xbox.

Ive been looking on youtube for yonks to find the answers to my questions but this has answers all BUT one! You said you could chose gender of your character, but can you choose what he/she looks like? with clothes i mean!
