I stopped playing it because there were just way to many things wrong with it. I totally give up on Bioware now.
Let’s see
Boring world that has no substance no atmosphere(five years of development?)
Poor Character interaction with only silly banter.
Poor battles, poor balancing.
Boring Cliche’ Plot.
Unfocused areas,
Way to much like following a straight line
Frankly I found the game the biggest step backwards in game design for an RPG.
It wasn’t adult it reminded me of adults trying to make an adult game for teens.
I feel bad that wasted the time even getting into it and buying there DLC crap.
It’s not Icewind Dale 1 or 2, it’s not Baldurs Gate 1,2, and it certainly not going back to there Roots.

I agree its a fucking good game, and im loving playing it. hours and hours in but still nowhere near the end.

Given the fact that I think its such a good game, id just like to know one thing. Why are the graphics on PS3 so FUCKING SHIT!?

The PS3 version of dragon age (and prob 360 too) could have looked so much better! such an amazing game with such shit visuals and frame rate stutter. Why is this?

Eh? Yeah, the setting is very AD&D, but the combat clearly has more in common with KotOR than it does with Baldur’s Gate. And yes, I’ve played both.

FAIL. I’m shocked we have people reviewing games who haven’t played the classics, you should know this was based on Baldurs Gate series.

So don’t complain when it doesn’t have something your star wars game didn’t have. Having the game made based on Baldurs Gate was prob one of the best decisions the game devs made.

LOL@Shaneo. The game sucks, the reviews are “swayed”. I lost interest when I got thrown into a battle with a dragon that completely sapped my team almost instantly near the beginning of the game actually. And the pause system is useless. Give me oblivion or sacred thanks.

Bladerogers — It’s a shame you didn’t enjoy such a classic, maybe because “easy” difficulty was still too hard for your simple mind, perhaps you should look at not playing RPG’s seeing as you’re evidently shit at them. “some of the battles are insanely difficult with no forewarning.” I quote, well that’s why they put the pause system is it not? and if you truely need to noob out, just put to easy for that certain fight, if its then still to hard for you, just get the fuck off, delete every game of your computer, because you fail.

All reviewer’s that are reviewing this game at 8-9.5 are not lieing and are honest, go play Runescape which caters better to your skill level,

This game is trash, pure and simple. It deserves nothing higher then a 6 to be honest. It’s obvious that other reviewers are having their palms greased to publish such blatant lies. This game is NOT fun in the least, at least for me. After watching all of those hype up ads I was pumped…what a let down. Open ended?? Where?? Battle system sucks, loot sucks, some of the battles are insanely difficult with no forewarning. And yes, I’ve played on all three systems, PS3 being by far the worst. The frame rate is MAYBE 20 FPS on average. What a dissapointment…and I don’t mean the game, I mean the reviewing sites out there that we trust to give us unbiased reviews upon which we rely to determine whether or not a game is even worth renting. They are all screaming BUY! for this pile of trash and sucking peoples hard earned money from their pockets. That is theft in my opinion, manipulating the consumer into believing it’s worth the steep price tag. Funny, people are smarter then that though you fools. See how it went on sale at future shop etc for 39.99 almost immediately, twice mind you? Wow, phenomonal. This is the closest to a real review I’ve ever read. Perhaps if your readership base expands enough you will one day be approached by bioware or another with a fat check to convice you to write lies…I hope you tell them to shove it up their ass.

I’ve played BG 2 and Mass Effect and this game is nether.

I don’t see how anyone who isn’t a blind Bioware fandboy can give this game anything more then 7/10.

Really are these the same people that gave us Mass Effect and Knights of the Old Republic? They must of been all on coffee break.
