Xbox Live Vision Camera Dated

Major Nelson has revealed in a recent podcast that the new Xbox Live camera will be launching in North America and Europe on September 19. Gamers will be able to use the camera for chat, gamertag picture personalization and in conjunction with certain Xbox Live Arcade games such as Uno and Texas Hold ‘em Poker.

Other uses for the camera include video conferencing and video e-mails. Earlier this month, Microsoft announced that GestureTek would be providing the gesture recognition technology for the Vision camera.
