Everyone likes Valve. They’re a charismatic development company who support their community and reward talented modders with job offers. But do you like Valve enough to purchase their entire back catalouge?
If so, your ambition has just become that much easier with the release on Steam of the Valve Complete Pack which contains 22 games, including the brand-new Left 4 Dead. Individually, the games would set you back $234.81 (about £160 in real money), the Complete Pack costs just $99 (a more reasonable £66).
The full list of games can be found below, although we wonder how anyone would have the time for all the multiplayer goodness the Complete Pack includes:
So that’s ten Half-Life games, a Left 4 Dead, three Counter Strikes, two Team Fortresses and a Portal in a pear tree.

I had heard from a few folks that the Complete pack will provide you with the upcoming HL2 episodes free of charge. Is there any truth behind this?

We’ve heard nothing from Valve that confirms this, so I’d say no. It’d strike me as a little too generous, especially considering what a bargain this package is already.

No, I didn’t get any sort of message/notice/whatever when I got my valve complete pre-l4d, so I didn’t get l4d with it. sadface.
