Top Down Tactical SWAT Shooter Coming to PSP

Sierra have announced they will be bringing a tactical minded SWAT game to the PSP. The game will be played from third person aerial view, much like what was seen in the rather good Killzone: Liberation, which, in our opinion, is what the PSP is best at. No more half-arsed first person shooters and third person shooters please. Well, unless you clever developers come up with something better! The game will go by the name SWAT: Target Liberty.

The game is not necessarily a brand new title, in fact Target Liberty is more an off shoot of the PC SWAT series, the same series which is fully endorsed by the real life SWAT due to its firm footing in realistic gameplay. It is widely believed that SWAT 3: Close Quarters Battle, which was released in 1999 (with updates in 2000 and 2001), is the most popular, and well received game in the series, so lets hope Target Liberty lives up to that high point.

If you interested in seeing some more screens then why not make you way over to Jeuxvideo, they wont bite, much.
