Tony Hawk’s Ride dated and priced
Activision has released some official confirmation regarding the pricing and release date of Tony Hawk Ride. Thankfully, Activision aren’t trying to charge £100 for their motion-controlled skateboard peripheral and game, that would be ludicrous! Instead they’ve settled on the much more reasonable price of £99.99, on Xbox 360, PS3 or Wii.
If that bargain sounds appealing to you, then you might want to mark the 20th November on your calendar, because Tony Hawk’s latest game will be hitting UK shores on that date.
GAME are also offering an exclusive limited edition wireless skateboard controller, featuring the above red-and-black design that was personally created by Tony Hawk himself. As you can see it features the image of some kind of bird, possibly a falcon or an eagle, maybe even an osprey.
With such recent classics as Proving Ground and Project 8, the Tony Hawk franchise can only get better, or can it?

I’d think that price would put most people off. It seems very high.
Once upon a time I did play a Tony Hawk game quite a bit. The idea of using this fake board doesn’t appeal, even if it were at half the price. What’s wrong with a regular controller?
