Street Fighter IV line-up likely complete, 25 characters playable

According to OXM, who have snapped a photo of the character selection screen of Street Fighter IV at the N.E.X.T. Expo in Belgium, Rose has been added to the roster of the game, and because of this we now know a total of 25 characters that will appear in the home console version of the beat em up. It is possible this could be the complete line-up for the game.

According to the image, 25 characters have been announced, with one question mark on show. It is possible this could be an option to pick a random character, or maybe there could be a 26th character to be named in the run up to release. The full list of known characters are:
