Starcraft 2 beta test before release
At the Activision conference call, Paul Sams , Blizzard’s Chief Operating Officer, has announced the company will be doing a beta test for Starcraft 2 on a revamped Battle.net in the run up the game’s retail release.
Regretfully, not one single scrap of detail was revealed at the call, so we will have next to no idea on what the beta test will consist of, or how many users will be let in. Your wild random guesses are as good as ours then.
Furthermore, the game itself has no set release as of yet, but is currently expected in late 2009.

Aha if i could get the choice i also would love to try teh bate but that doesnt look like thats gonna happen. and you asked the question “when is the game actully coming out i have alot of friends wondering that.” well i have an awnser for you but its not deffinate the Website ‘www.Game.co.uk’ seems to think its coming out in 212 days thats the closest to a proffeicnal awnser i got so i guess im just going to have to go with that!

I am so excited for this game and have been a starcraft fan since i was 6!!! I would LOVE to test this game and have extensive experience as a beta tester in the past few years.
