Sony’s electrifying announcement is a three week Uncharted 2 multiplayer beta

Best Buy, over in the States, have spilled the beans on what the big 27th April electrifying announcement that connects Uncharted 2 and InFamous will be.

Shockingly, it is a Uncharted 2 multiplayer beta that will last for three weeks in June.

The news comes from a Best Buy pre-order box for inFamous that made its way out onto store shelves. Once it got out in the open, someone quickly snapped a picture of it and sent the photo to Kotaku.

Furthermore, the box also does a great job of killing two birds with one stone, as it also confirms that recent rumour that Uncharted 2 would have multiplayer.

We are really not sure how multiplayer in a game like Uncharted will work, but we are really excited to find out. However, SCEE have not yet confirmed if the Uncharted 2 beta will be coming to Europe in a similar fashion, so we won’t get our hopes of just yet.
