Sony confirm Pixeljunk Eden will hit Europe same day as US

Yesterday, we were a bit dismissive of Sony Europe, and did not expect them to get Pixeljunk Eden out over here on the same day as its US release. However, it seems we’ve being proved wrong, and the game will be going up next Thursday as part of the regular weekly update.

“To answer a few of the queries, the July 31st release date is worldwide (touch wood), I think this even means Australia,” comments Dylan Cuthbert, President and Executive Producer of Q-Games over on the official PlayStation US blog.

However, it is not all good news as it seems we’ll not be getting the demo on our store this week. “I think that will go up simultaneously with the full game next week,” Cuthbert comments in regards to the Euro demo.

Don’t forget, there is nothing stopping you making a US account if you want to download the demo a week early.
