Shinji Mikami, Suda51 and EA team up for something awesome

Electronic Arts have today announced a publishing agreement with Japanese development studio Grasshopper Manufacture. Under the terms of the deal, EA will publish an all-new action horror game produced by Shinji Mikami and directed by innovative game designer Suda51. Q Entertainment will also partake in the project in some way.

In the past Suda51 has worked on games such as No More Heroes and killer7. Shinji Mikami has worked on the Resident Evil series, and also worked with Suda51 on killer7 as aexecutive producer. The title will hit PC, Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii upon release, but no date is set as of yet.

    I’m a fan of all these devs, I just hope they can work well together and that their creative strengths will not cancel each other out.
