Sharapova wins Wimbledon 2004

Sharapova took the first set 6-1, in under half and hour, and seemed to be cruising. The tables started to turn however, when Serena went a break up in the second set. Sharapova then raised her game to come back and take the second and final set 6-4. Sharapova has become the first Russian woman to win the title, and at only 17 years old, looks to have a bright future ahead of her.
