Portal XBLA coming next Wednesday

Over on the Gamerscore blog it has been triumphantly declared that Portal: Still Alive will finally be released on Xbox Live Arcade next Wednesday. This game will undoubtedly be a huge success for Microsoft. It is hard to overstate my satisfaction about this news. Really, I am being so sincere right now.

If you feel like singing along, then you can buy the game, which will be available for around 10 of your British pounds, or around 14 of those Euro things. This is 1200 Microsoft Points in happy Space Bucks land.

If that is too much for you to spend, then you could always consider picking up the full Orange Box, which is sold for around £12 in some stores right now. Although you’ll miss out on the “Portal: The Flash Version” elements, which are the only new part of this release. We hear there is no cake if you pick it up on the cheap though.
