IGN has posted a new preview of The Sabatour, the upcoming World War II based title set it the lovely the city of Paris and some of the surrounding countryside.
The preview has many kind things to say about the game, commenting that it is looking great, but interestingly it goes on to note that Pandemic have chosen to hand PS3 development to a separate studio.
“The Saboteur already looks and runs better than any previous Pandemic game. At least on Xbox 360 and PC. PS3 development has been outsourced. And though the content is the same for each, it’s unknown if the PS3 port will hold the same visual fidelity,” comments IGN.
Although the decision to do this is an interesting one, it should not be seen as a negative move, as the team involved may be better equipped to make use of the PS3 hardware, and as a result make a more stable game for the console that Pandemic themselves may have crafted.
However, if you are feeling very sceptical, then you could argue there is a chance the move could affect the PS3 release date, and future DLC
